Devin Thomas is struggling

Earlier this month, I mentioned that Devin Thomas off season workouts, and his work ethic at training camp could land him as the No. 2 receiver behind Santana Moss. However, after two preseason games, it appears the Malcolm Kelly has emerged as the 2nd receiver, and even seventh round draft pick Marko Mitchell, who has impress several players and coaches during practice, could easily leapfrog Thomas as well.

There is really no reason to panic for the Thomas yet as he has time to prove himself in the next two preseason games. The organization has put enough resources and pressure to make Thomas a better receiver for the team. But he must do it quickly or he could in the bench for the season opener.
