The Start of the Burgundy Revolution

This Sunday could be one of the most bizarre scenes you will ever see for a Redskins home game, fans wearing paper bags over their heads to show their displeasure for the ownership. The leaders of this fan revolt on the team is "The Sports Junkies" from 106.7 The Fan, readers from "The Curly R", and Dan Steinberg's DC Sports Bog. Here's a clip from the Junkies this morning when they made a TV appearance from FOX 5.

Wow, that's awesome!! the Junkies are giving the fans "Love the team, and Hate the owner" paper bag slogan this Sunday in Landover. This is gonna be a very interesting on how the fans react to the Redskins poor play calling schemes. They already booed them at the home opener, and a loss to the Bucs will set the next promotion for the Junkies; a boycott. However This revolution really culminates a very depressing week for Redskins fans.

First, some fans were selling his Redskin merchandise on ebay for over $10,000. Then George Michael went on "The Mike Wise Show" and said the entire truth about Snyder and Cerrato. I suggest all Redskins fans to listen to that entire interview on 106.7 the fan website. It's stunning considering that George is a homer and has been best friends with Snyder. But George finally told the truth and it was basically what everyone knows about the ownership since day one.
