On this dreary, rainy day in Northern VA and the DC area in general, I thought I would share the 2009 Redskins training camp schedule at Redskin park in Ashburn Va. Training camp will begin later then last year's, running from late July through early August. The reason why training camp begins later for the skins it because their 1st preseason game is August 13th, while last year was the Hall of Fame game in Canton Ohio.
Thursday, July 30: 8:30 a.m. practice
Friday, July 31: 8:30 a.m. practice
Saturday, Aug. 1: 8:30 a.m. practice
Sunday, Aug. 2: 8:30 a.m. practice
Tuesday, Aug. 4: 8:30 a.m. practice
Wednesday, Aug. 5: 8:30 a.m. practice
Thursday, Aug. 6: 8:30 a.m. practice
Saturday, Aug. 8: Fan Appreciation Day/intra-squad scrimmage.
Individual drills will begin at 1:20 p.m. Scrimmage will start at 2 p.m.
